Terms and Conditions
The Company, The Ultimate Balloon Company UK Ltd, have agreed to carry out the work, on the date, and at the time, place, and price which is specified in the invoice and confirmation of order. Any added decorations will be available with prior agreement, and will be charged for.
A £50 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your booking.
If the event is cancelled, within three weeks of the event then the total payment will be due.
If the event is cancelled between 3-6 weeks of the event then 50% of the total payment will be due.
If the event is cancelled between 6-12 weeks of the event then 25% of the total payment will be due.
The design is the copyright of The Ultimate Balloon Company UK Ltd, and we reserve the right to change any details that we deem fit at the time of the decoration.
Access to the venue should be available, to carry out the decoration, for a reasonable time before the event. Once the decoration is complete and The Ultimate Balloon Company UK Ltd has left the venue, the responsibility passes to the client
We reserve the right to withdraw our decoration from any event, which has other balloon decoration, not undertaken by ourselves, unless with prior agreement.
Removal of the balloon decoration is the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
A refundable deposit (in the form of a separate £100.00 cheque) will be required for supporting equipment specifically mentioned in the invoice, which is used in the construction of the decorations. This cheque should be enclosed with your final payment. The equipment remains the property of The Ultimate Balloon Company UK Ltd at all times. The return of the equipment is the responsibility of the client within five days, or the deposit will be forfeited.
We will place The Ultimate Balloon Company UK Ltd table cards on your guest tables informing them that photographs of the decorations at your event may be available online along with a statutory warning regarding balloons & helium.. You must inform us if this is not acceptable to you and you will be required to sign an indemnity form to this effect.
All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays totally beyond our control.
